SolutioCard Credit Card Agreement

1. Definitions

You/Your: The cardholder.
We/Us/Our: Solutio Financial.
Card: SolutioCard secured Mastercard.
SolutioUSD (SUSD): Solutio stablecoin used for deposits and payments.
MDR: Marketplace Deposit Rate.
MAR: Marketplace Advance Rate.
Prime Rate: U.S. Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal.

This agreement is subject to the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Regulation Z, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). All balances and rewards are denominated in SolutioUSD (SUSD). Binding arbitration and class action waivers apply.
